What we do

Provide a Hug Basket-a gift basket with resources and items to support their grieving journey including but not limited to a daily devotional, journal, surrender cross, coffee mug, blanket, and candle.
Connect the family with a vetted Christian grief counselor and fund 12 grief counseling sessions at no cost to families residing in Georgia.
Facilitate retreats for married couples for families residing in Georgia.
Connect each family with a prayer partner, offer weekly check-ins, and remembrance on birthdays, due dates, Heaven days, and Christmas
Host community events-the largest being the Annual Hope Ball to raise funding as well as promote a sense of community and celebrate and remember the faithfulness of God and the lives of our babies.
Provide grief resources for surviving siblings.
Provide resources and information to educate and equip local churches and families with tools on how they can best support a family suffering from pregnancy or infant loss.
Hugs for Harrison "Hug Groups" are 12-week online community grief support groups. Unlike other support groups, our groups will be "closed" once registration has ended to help enable our group to be a safe space for vulnerability and healing. If you miss the first registration, you can always join the next group!
Groups will be divided by the type of loss each mother has experienced. Beginning in March 2025.

First Tuesday of the month, 1-2p: Stillbirth and/or 20 week to full term losses
